Requirements:

- Diploma in Mechatronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Computer Engineering

- Able to work in rotating shift pattern

- Willing to relocate to Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
- Hands-on experience or training skill/certification for one of these skills are added value: Die bonder/ wire bonding – Au/Gold bonder, X-Y-Z robot axis, Computer, PLC-HMI, IOT, WEB BASE Application, etc.
